Background
Your provider brings more than 15 years in healthcare, spanning primary care, inpatient hospitalist medicine, and emergency and urgent care. More than a decade of that was spent across North Carolina hospitals, including Duke University Hospital in Durham and Cone Health in Greensboro, followed by four years as a specialist with Duke Endocrinology — where he was one of four providers who started the Duke Urgent Hyperglycemia Clinic.
He has also practiced in rural and critical access hospitals in North Dakota, and served with the Indian Health Service at Pine Ridge Hospital in South Dakota, managing acute and chronic conditions for patients with limited access to care — experience that shaped this clinic’s focus on availability.
